"perfect place to stay! There were 7 of us, it was easy to get to the wineries on Seneca Lake. The view of the lake, the dock with glider and the chairs around the firepit made the trip, we spent a lot of time outback enjoying the view. The rooms were cozy. The house was very comfortable to hang out in, we didn’t even use all the rooms to sit in, there is a great amount of space. The kitchen is perfect set up and the 2nd fridge space really helped. Overall, great trip with friends. "

"Pet friendly weekend get away. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard. This cottage was perfect. It was close to restauraunts, wineries, and breweries. Some hiking trails within 30 minutes that our dog loved as well. Such as the Finger Lakes National Forest. It had all items for cooking a meal at home too. Cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

The property though, needs to have the addition of a TV and DVD movie selections. We brought a portable DVD player with us. This could be easily added to the lower level room. There were a number of items that needed repair, but did not interfere with our stay. The intensity of "house rules" being frequently deluvered via text and email, felt overwhelming and somewhat...

"This was a business trip for racing. GPS took us to street below location so I could see the house, but took a few minutes to figure out how to get to the actual street. The street is on a one way road. Great place with the necessary basics. Will continue to rent there in the future for the racing events!"
