"Michel hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und hat uns viele Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und enthielt alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von gut zu Fuß zu erreichenden Restaurants. Kleiner Supermarkt und Bäckerei in der Nähe. Eigener Parkplatz. Wohnungsübergabe bei Abreise verlief ebenfalls sehr freundlich und reibungslos. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt."

"We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at the above property. "A very nice cosy little appartment in a perfect location just above Morgat Marina, with all the facilities (supermarket, restaurants, port..) within max 5 min walking distance. Parking 50m from the building. The appartment is nicely decorated, there are a couple of minor flaws (like when you put flooring panels in a bathroom ;) ) but overall it’s good and offers an excellent price performance. Communication with the host, check in and out all perfect."

"Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen in Cap Coz. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, die Wohnung sauber. Es gibt allerdings viele Treppen zur Wohnung hoch, das Bad ist sehr klein und das Sofa durchgesessen. Aber es ist alles da, was man braucht und die Lage ist perfekt."

"Superbe logement avec une décoration de bon goût, très bien équipé, avec un emplacement idéal à l'île Tudy. Très bon relationnel avec le propriétaire qui nous a donné de bon conseil. Le logement n'a pas de place de parking dédié, mais il y a toujours une place dans les rues alentours. Je recommande vivememt ce logement. "

"Die Wohnung ist Teil einer Ferienanlage, die allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Neben gepflegten Häusern gibt es auch Häuser, die verfallen. Die Wohnung liegt am Südende der Ferienanlage mit Blick ins Grüne. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich eine zweite Wohnung. Der schöne Strand Treustel ist ca 1,2km entfernt und über einen Fussweg erreichbar.Die Wohnung verfügt über einen grossen, eingezäunten Garten mit einer großen Holz-Terrasse. Leider keine Sonnenliegen vorhanden. Alle Fenster...

"Nos vacances à Pont-l'Abbé se sont passé à merveille. Ronan est un hôte charmant et très attentif et attentionné. "We had a lovely week in this accommodation. The apartment was well equiped (but no conventional oven just a combi microwave) but tonnnes of plates glasses pans and a full fridge.
