"Vito greeted me on the street and carried my bags upstairs to my room. He was gracious and respectful. He does not speak English, so he used a translation app to communicate. "The We had a good experience with the stay however I didn’t realise (my own fault for not reading the listing properly) that you have to pay an additional fee for the spa and sauna use. We did pay an additional fee per person, per day which we thought was pretty expensive and on the second day we paid the spa was cold so we couldn’t really use it.
