"We stayed for 2 weeks, whilst the rest of the country had a heat wave, we had a couple of nice days and the rest was misty and windy. However, the house exceeded our expectations being warm, comfortable and had everything you could need - really high quality furnishings etc. Fantastic views from the house and the patio area and walks from the doorstep. If you like beach walking (cant describe how beautiful they are) and wild life (otters, deer, seals etc) then this is an excellent choice, we...

"This is an amazing place to stay. Loved everything about the house. It has a really good fire and the thick walls certainly help to keep the heat in. We stayed here for 3 weeks and the only problem I have is that it wasn’t for longer. Will definitely be back."

"It is exactly what it advertised as. The cottage is cozy and the views of the property were amazing. Wish there was a bit more of a guide on what can be done near the cottage as it is remote and the roads getting there have some scary moments getting there if you aren't used to driving on single lane roads."

"The Property was simple to find. Cottage was in a good location for travel around the island, also handy for the shop and petrol pumps. For bird watchers, it is right beside the Machair and we saw loads including the corn crake. The cottage was well equipped, though we had to look for the instructions for the hob. We didn’t use the wood burner but we did use the bench outside to the rear. We would stay here again"
