"We stayed here for two nights and felt cosy even in the storm which started the night we checked in. I was bit concerned for the heating and facilities for it being a one room lodge with what seems not the most cold resistant insulation around windows and doors. BUT I have to say that never we felt cold as heater quickly warmed up both room and bathroom, and it stayed so. We absolutely loved interior of our little room. "A lovely lodge/house that we stayed in. All the facilities was good. A very lovely location near the ski centre and its not too far from there. The kitchen had everything you need to cook for everyone. The only thing is that the bedrooms were very hot. There is floor heating which it kept at a very warm temperature. Which made the room too warm to sleep in. Even with the heatings were turned off in the room. But a very cosy and a great place to stay in. "

"To start with the positive, the staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful and the view is amazing. The property is well outdated and run down (1980s). The outdoor hallway is a desaster area. There are no restaurants, coffees, shops etc. open in the evening which would typically be the arrival time The hotel next door is the most unfriendly place I have ever come across..... they do not serve Highland Club Residents and therefore there is nothing you can get to eat within 45!...

"Very friendly host, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Beams were a little low near the bed so remember to duck! Plenty on offer for continental breakfast including homemade bread. Due to covid we struggled finding places to eat however we were able to use the oven in the kitchen to heat up some food we bought from the nearby co-op. We visited the reindeer centre and it was amazing I thoroughly recommend this trip!"
