"Bunchrew House is just a few words was peaceful, magical, and quaint. We adored this place! The hostess was very helpful and thorough, the spot is unbeatable for those wishing for a leisurely stay in Inverness, and the history and charm are bar-none. "We had appartment 11 in the Monastery (North). A really lovely appartment and perfect for a few nights away in the Highlands. The room had literally everything you could possibly need! The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. I know its luck of the draw.... but the weather was absolutely perfect for our stay and it just made it all the better! The only thing to mention is that there is no lift, but luckily that didnt bother us. We certainly got our steps in for the days we were...

"Loved this guest house as so quiet and tranquil. The views are fabulous and the walks from the house beautiful. A hearty breakfast every day freshly cooked all locally sourced. The house is very clean and so welcoming, you feel at home straight away. I would recommend to anyone and shall be staying again."

Nice hotel with excellent service from the staff

"All of the staff were extremely friendly. I am coeliac and I really appreciate the gluten free station for breakfast. There was something to suit everyone for breakfast from fresh fruit to traditional full Scottish/ continental. We also had our evening meal in the hotel and the waiting staff obviously took my dietary requirement seriously and checked with the chef if my choice of meal was safe for me to eat. This is our second stay at the hotel and will return again. The bed was very comfortable. We were on the third floor so there was no noise from the street. Didn’t book a river view as only there for one night. The room was clean with a modern shower/ toilet but would benefit from a bit of an upgrade as the carpet was a bit tired looking. This did not detract from our stay and we will certainly return. "
