"Frankly speaking about 'Ecstacy Hotel' It was worst hotel in my life. They are liar and swindler! I booked room for a night and paid through "Hotels.com". When I visit hotel, they said there is no available room and they are so sorry to me about that. I understood it was friday night and everybody can mistake. They told me they will cancel my booking. But they didn't. Furthermore, now they are saying guest was no show. If I don't have a receipt of Grab, they succeed to steal my money."

"The hotel was nice, and the room was also pretty nice, but what you can't possibly understand from the photos is how incredibly busy this place is, the level of noise and constant activity is absolutely tiring. This building has more than 10 elevators and yet there almost impossible to get, and if you do, they're always packed, weather there going up or down. Very frustrating, and your not allowed to take the stairs, if you wanted to of course. Obviously not an option if you're on a higher...
