"This hotel is located in a really quaint rural village. The hotel and grounds are beautiful with lots of flowers and trees baring fruit. The owner can't speak English, but no problem, we chatted on the computer using google translate. The apartment was spotless and while the furniture as basic it went well with the type of hotel this is. The bed was typically spanish (short) so both my husbands and my feet hung over the end. "Went out of season, so very difficult to give a review of the resort as there was nothing going on. Good location - walkable to ski lifts. Though not ski in, ski out. Very clean. I was a bit worried about access - directions to get in weren't brilliantly clear - more communication prior to arrival would be beneficial. Very steep spiral staircase so not at all suitable for people with mobility issues or children. But absolutely brilliant for a group of youngsters. It was very windy and the window squeaking kept me awake all night, as did the chairs moving around on the balcony. Take earplugs - the bar right outside looked fun!"
