"Front desk staff was downright rude, wasn’t greeted or addressed, was made to wait for no reason and had to listen to the fron desk Cleak complain about how little money the hotel received. The carpet in the room was stained in many places, the room was loud and opening a window was impossible due to the outside noise. The non smoking room smelled of cigarettes. "Ik slaap wekelijks in hotels voor mijn werk, maar bij dit hotel was de mevrouw die aan de bali zat en ook s'morgens het ontbijt verzorgde extreem vriendelijk, niets was haar teveel en ze deed super haar best om een prettig verblijf te verzorgen. Deze dame verdiend het echt om in het zonnetje gezet te worden, gewoon Perfect!!!"

Holiday Inn - the niu, Ridge Halle Central Station by IHG

Convenient location

"Convenient location. Close to the main train station and easy to get into the city center. Our room had the smell that someone had been smoking in it before (not sure when) and there were some noticeable stains on the carpet by the bathroom. The room was a good size, bathroom was nice, the bed was comfortable and the sauna (extra fee per person/per hour) was a nice option! "
