We (myself, husband, and 8 months old child) booked 1 night at this hotel. Upon arrival they stated the baby bed should be in the room. There was a bed but it was missing posts in the side of the crib, completely unsafe for a baby, especially when placed in front of a window with curtains. We quickly informed the front desk personnel that told us they had never seen a baby bed with missing posts like that before. He then told us to just place it against the wall. my husband told him the furniture will need rearranging to accomplish that and the desk clerk told my husband to rearrange the furniture. My husband and I rearranged the furniture and placed the bed against the wall. The bed is on casters that do not lock so again it was very dangerous as my child could push against the wall to move the bed and fall out the side. We had to wedge furniture against the bed to make it stable. Then at breakfast, we were provided a high chair that was missing the safety strap. We had to use our knee in our baby's groin to prevent him from falling out through the bottom. The supposed air-conditioning is garbage. It does not cool at all. We have our baby's room thermometer and the reading was 24.3 C (outside temp 24 C) with the air conditioner on high all night it only "cooled" to 23.7 C the next morning (18 C outside). There were no fly screens and the outside noise was too loud for us to be able to leave the window open. Absolutely appalling service and safety for their smallest guests!

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet,leider kann man nachts das Fenster nicht geöffnet lassen, extrem laut durch die Autobahn. Ansonsten sind wir wie immer sehr zufrieden. Sogar den Behindertenparkplatz konnten wir dieses Mal nutzen da er fei war.

Das Hotel wäre perfekt, wenn man bei späterer Anreise nicht noch einen Parkplatz suchen müsste. Die PKWs standen teilweise so schlecht, dass diese 2 Parkplätze eingenommen haben. Da müsste definitiv was geändert werden. Ich habe mit ganz viel Glück nach 4 Mal kreisen, an der Straße eine kleine Parklücke finden konnte, in dem ich mit meinem Ford Fiesta so grade eben hinein passte. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. Ich würde wiederkommen!

Uns ist es nun schon zum zweiten Mal passiert,Ende letztens Jahres und auch in dieser Woche, dass die Behindertenparkplätze und zwar ALLE, mit anderen Fahrzeugen belegt waren.Umsonst besitzt man diesen Ausweis nicht.Der gesamten Parkplatz wies nicht einen einzigen freien normalen Parkplatz auf. Nach Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt,da kann man nichts tun. Für mich als behinderte Person eine Unverschämtheit.Ich denke,es ist wohl nicht zuviel verlangt,dafür zu sorgen,dass die Behindertenparkplätze auch denen vorbehalten bleiben,die das Recht haben,darauf zu parken.Wie gesagt,schon das 2.Mal in 4 Monaten erlebt,zumal das Hotel alle Kennzeichen seiner Gäste vorliegen hat.Da müsste derjenige dann abends eben auch geweckt werden,um den Platz dem Rechtmäßigen zu überlassen. Beim nächsten Mal,sollten wir nochmals einchecken,würden wir die Polizei rufen,dann wird's zu Recht teuer.

Overnatning sydpå

Fremragende overnatning på vej sydpå. Særligt henset til prisen inkl morgenmad. Og morgenmaden var rigtig god og alt hvad man kunne forvente. Sengene var gode og rengøring heller ikke noget at udsætte på. Lidt bøvlet tilkørsel men det var fint.

Das Essen in der Bar war hervorragend. Das Frühstücken war super. Als Allergiker habe ich trotzdem ein gutes Frühstück bekommen. Super Service ( ist an der Rezeption untergegangen, nach Anfrage beim Frühstückspersonal bin ich sofort abgeholt worden ) alle Anliegen wurden just in Time umgesetzt. Mein Zimmer war gut, das Bad renovierungs bedürftig. Ich war eine Nacht und alles in allem Zufrieden.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit einem besonderen Charme.

Wir waren das zweite Mal in dieses Hotel und waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Sehr freundliches und serviceorientiertes Personal, stets bereits zur Hilfe und Unterstützung. Ein sehr sauberes Hotel, Zimmer war tipptopp. Ein sehr gutes und vielseitiges Frühstück, wir haben nur geschlemmt. Leider ist für Gäste ab Mitte 70 die vorhandene Dusche in der Badewanne sehr schwierig in der Nutzung. Man kommt schwer rein und raus und hat in der Badewanne keinen festen Stand. Für Gäste mit Hüft- und Knieproblemen besteht ein zusätzliches Risiko. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel, was man besonders empfehlen kann.
