They welcomed us warmly and allowed us to relax in the common area until our room was ready long before our check in time, which was such a relief after a long journey. Their attention to detail was remarkable. We were so grateful when they offered us some extra cooking utensils for a meal we were planning. We also really appreciated having plenty of fresh towels readily available for the lovely pool. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly welcoming.
