"From the start, we were treated to a top-notch experience. Cadey checked us in to the hotel in a friendly, professional, and thoughtful manner. Since the hotel is located within Union Station, there are a lot of folks coming and going. While this may have seemed intimidating at first, Cadey clearly explained all of the included perks of staying at the hotel (and there are many), answered all of our questions, and made us feel at home. In fact, all of the reception staff were equally helpful (thank you Gracie, Grace, Auberry, and Alan!) at any time of the day or evening. As mentioned, the hotel is located in Union Station. With all of the businesses and restaurants, trains arriving and departing from the station, etc., we never heard one sound while inside of our very welll appointed room. Having enjoyed our one-night stay so much, we have already booked for Mother's Day weekend at the hotel. "

"Check-in was very easy especially at 11:30PM. Parking wasn't really an issue but there is a parking garage next to it that will charge you about $30 DAILY. We decided to park on the side of the hotel which didn't have a restriction on parking. The shower is a little weird with the design because water will escape. I recommend twisting a towel to block the water from escaping. Overall the inside is beautiful and I would stay again."
