"We had an excellent stay at the Three Cocks Hotel. The hotel is very well furnished, exceptionally clean, super comfortable, and cosy. Jessica and the team were very helpful and accommodating - the breakfast was lovely. Location-wise it was perfect to get into Hay-on-Wye by car and taxi (but do book ahead of time)."

"Stayed 2 nights as attending a wedding on new year's eve. Very friendly, welcoming hosts. Eileen even gave me a lift to the wedding! Our compact accommodation was very clean, cosy, comfortable and had all we needed, with a generous supply of teas, coffee and Welsh cakes in the room. At breakfast, there was a wide choice of quality ingredients to choose from, carefully prepared and presented in impeccable style. A nice touch was the freshly squeezed orange juice. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. "

"Situated at the end of a quiet lane with breath taking views of the countryside and the Black Mountains beyond, we were met by our wonderful host Sophie who welcomed us to her lovely home. Private entrance to the house, with everything you could possibly need, thoughtfully delivered to provide a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious and the best I have had in some time. Sophie was knowledgable and super helpful, and lovely to get to know. Totally recommend staying."
