"Staff were fantastic. Hotel building and location were amazing. Great views across to the straights and mountains. Breakfast was really good, dinner was ok. Main issue was that we were not in the main building but a separate one (lodge). Walls there are paper thin unfortunately and could hear everything in room next door. Boiler from room nextdoor was also super loud. Not great for 200 a night! I'm sure the rooms in the main building are much better so would be good to come back and stay in them...

Spa was great, pool sauna, steam room very nice too. We had an issue with the TV and staff did all they could to fix the problem, even brought in another TV and we could use apps more easily. "Room was clean, staff were friendly, food was decent. My supply of coffee was topped up with extra sachets when the staff saw that I'd bought my own jar of coffee after I ran out. The atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant and cosy. The hotel is a short walk from the town centre, which makes it cheaper than more central places - but if you can't stand a five-minute walk, what are you doing in Betws-y-Coed? :)"

Really handy for everything all the rooms are big and spacious with a bath and shower in all of them, they also have sky sports there so if your a sporting fan like myself they always feature the main event. "Absolutely beautiful cottage! Peaceful and cosy, with stunning views. The cottage host Gary lives on the grounds but you would never know anyone was there, it felt lovely and private, no noise at all apart from the birds singing in the large garden space which was so nice to walk around with my coffe in the morning. The cottage was spottless and had everything we needed, we will definitly be booking with Gary in the future. . "
