In our 9 day visit, we had no representative checking us in or out, had the pool cleaned at 8pm one night, although the couple who came were very nice. One drawback was a very high pitched noise which would come and go and an excessive amount of flies and mosquitoes. "We had a really lovely stay at this finca with our two boys. It is clean with a comfortable design. As mentioned in other reviews the finca is also home to two sweet outside cats and 3 donkeys that we all loved. (Pro Tip: Don’t let the fat donkey fool you into extra treats for the baby- she is not pregnant, just plump and eats most of the food!).
