"In general is a very nice property, as far as, comfort, breakfast, staff, the property by itself, and little details offered to the guests, such as daily fruit and liquor in the room. What we did not like was that the breakfast is offered from 9:00 to 11:00 am. If you need to leave early for any reason you will no have breakfast even if you paid for. The wi-fi is very weak and the A/C does not get cold enough. Overall was a nice stay. "

Personnel adorable, d’une gentillesse hors norme et très très serviable. Le couple anticipe vos moindres besoins/désirs. Petit déjeuner copieux, pour tous les goûts et délicieux. On se sent chez nous au bout de quelques minutes. Il manque juste peut-être une cafetière ou bouilloire dans la chambre."

"This is an exceptional property, beautifully restored from a sprawling 17th century Catalan farmhouse. The couple that run it are very engaging and helpful and the food, prepared by the husband, is simply outstanding. It is very much in the country and a great place to relax and disconnect, which was what we wanted from the experience. If you want a more urban experience, this is not the place for you, but we just loved it. It was stunning."

"Daniel was a wonderful host and chef. The personal attention was a treat, as were the meals. The core of the place is Medieval (maybe 12th-14th century) yet the rooms are modern and comfortable. We loved our stay!"

Our son loved playing both outside (trampoline, yard, pool) and inside in the kids play area, and we enjoyed the breakfasts, home-cooked dinners and of course the wonderful places to explore nearby. "The staff are a young man and his uncle. Very professional and helpful. The location is beautiful, quiet, and so peaceful. Breakfast is excellent with fresh ingredients and the bread is baked on site! My room had a gigantic whirlpool bathtub and great water pressure. The pool is great to cool off and just stare at the countryside. If you are looking for a quiet place that is near Girona but don't want to deal with the city when you want to decompress I highly recommend Mas Trobat!"

"We had a wondeful 3- night-stay in this amazing authentic Catalan house. We loved how all the details in the house represent traditions and history. Marta and Viktor were amazing making sure we had all we needed. Figueres is a 25 minute drive and other sights are also a short driving from the house. We absolutely recommend staying here and hopefully we will return one day."

"Wonderful breakfast with beautiful view from terrace. Operators Laura and Carlos were very helpful and provided useful information to see nearby places. Quiet setting. 4 rooms but no’s 1 and 2 are best because toilets are nearby."
