"Excellent position for visiting all major attractions. We never saw Reception manned the whole time of our four night stay. Cleaning was only every other day and you needed to request it and coffee was not re stocked. On the day of our departure we asked if we could leave our luggage and this request was denied"

"This a hidden gem. Lovely owner and staff who make you feel very welcome. Wonderful breakfast provided which you can eat on the terrace. Nothing was too much trouble...highly recommended"

"The location is good but the rooms are tight with uncomfortable an over used mattresses. The most annoying thing is that the bathroom is outside the room shared with others . Even though the bathroom is big with hot water and everything needed. "

"We loved our 2 night stay at Bubusuites! The hotel itself is quiet and perfectly located. The space itself is beautiful, clean and had the cutest balcony! Marina was absolutely lovely and checked us in upon arrival. She was super friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed 2 nights. The host was fantastic, friendly, and took the time to prepare a delicious breakfast. The room was big and nicely decorated. The bed seemed a bit hard for my like but we are all different. The neighborhood may seem rough, but don’t get fooled by looks. It’s a quiet and safe neighborhood. "We had an enjoyable five night stay and it's really convenient for the city centre which is literally a few minutes walk so eating/shopping not a problem. The bus stops we used were about ten mins walk and the nearest Metro stn is about 15-20mins walk. Room was excellent with quiet AC. A couple more mains sockets would have been handy. "We had a great stay here. It's a simple accommodation, but it was nicely located near a park and mall area with a lot of shopping and dining options! The host was very communicative and friendly. I was nervous about the check-in process, but the building was easy to find and the codes worked seamlessly. Would recommend this property! Thanks for our great stay!"

"The listing was deceitful it implied beach property. The area is rundown with abandoned properties all around. It is a 10 minut walk to the beach in a nasty area. The property was clean. The communications with property were via email only with responses the next day. No refund was available once we booked."

"Siamo stati ospiti in questa casa solo per due notti. Dal vivo la casa è molto più bella di come appare nelle foto. La casa è pulita e attrezzata, non manca nulla. "I would highly recommend Exe. We stayed on a half-board basis, and the food in both, breakfast and dinner, were outstanding. So was the service provided by all the staff members everywhere, dining, and lobby. Very close to the more modern section of the City; yet still walkable (30 min) to old town."

Berklee or Bust

"Popped in to Valencia to explore at the weekend. My son is interested in attending Berklee and its in a great location. A 5 min walk from hotel Barcelo which had great spacious rooms. The breakfast was quite something and the staff are super friendly. The only knock was my water was barely warm in my shower. The rooftop deck provides a good view and a draught beer was 5 euro. Fun stay in a super clean hotel."

Great location and amazing staff

"We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The hotel staff are so friendly and welcoming especially Carlos who helped us with our needs. He recommended the best paella restaurant in Valencia for my birthday lunch and we definitely enjoyed that meal. The location is also in the very center of the city so everything is pretty close by and lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was pretty good even though it was the same selection everyday there’s a few choices to choose from so it’s was good. We had the standard room and it was pretty good size. We definitely enjoyed our stay in the Venecia Hotel. "
