"The hotel had a lovely view of the volcano and the mountains, but it was quite a long walk away from high street down a steep hill. It wasn’t a problem to do the walk a couple of times, but definitely not every day. "I’ve been coming to this property for over 20 years and after a 6 year gap due to covid etc it was nice to be back. It’s 3 star so it’s basic but nice. Recently refurbished with better equipment in the mini kitchen and now even a hairdryer. No evening meals anymore, but plenty of options nearby. Pool nice but missing a few tiles which makes it look dirty, but I saw plenty of cleaning etc. grounds kept nice. Staff friendly. Used the laundry €6 for a wash.
