I asked about the scaffolding being put up at the hotel and whether it would be covering the window in my room. They found out that it would and offered me a room on the other side of the hotel. I also questioned about the heating which they think maybe the builders knocked something but were glad that I let them know. The hotel is a bit tired but it is comfortable...

There are a number of spa options available, but with your room you can access the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. "Nice place and helpful friendly staff. They had a separate vegan menu with plenty of choice which I found very helpful and good food. Nice swimming pool. Gym small but ok. Overall good stay. The place needs a facelift. Some parts a bit dated and needs refurbishing "
