"This place was lovely, so quiet considering it's next to a high speed road. The tipple bar and the food truck is great, lovely garden area, lush in the sun. The only downside for me was the beds were really hard, I'd rather have a softer bed, due to back issues, but that's my preference so not removing a star or anything. The staff were friendly, said hi when we walked in, have a good day when we went out. Housekeeping came round while we were in the room one afternoon, told them we were fine and they asked if we were sure. Went out on the Saturday morning, was out all day, left my case and stuff on the bed unmade, when we got back they had made the bed and put the case and other bits back on it. Only thing I changed myself was the toilet roll was hanging the wrong way round haha. Well done guys and girls, you should be proud of yourselves and what you've made this hotel!!"
