"We wanted somewhere quiet, secluded and far away from reality, this hit the spot perfectly! We weren't far from Llanberis where we had some great food and went on a beautiful walk to the castle. The cottage was well equipped and gave us the chance to feel properly nestled in the mountain. We used our time their to celebrate my partners birthday, and begin art projects we've been preparing for. We met a couple of others in Fachwen and they were so lovely and helpful! "The property was as advertised and very well presented. It’s located in a quiet cul-de-sac a short walk from the town and beaches. It was great having the enclosed garden so we could let the dog out and know she wasn’t going anywhere. A new house is being built nearby but the work didn’t start until gone 9am in the morning so was not an issue. The landlord even left a birthday card for my wife which was a kind gesture, and allowed us extra time to exit the property after a night of birthday...
