"Our stay was perfectly average, no issues with service, cleanliness and comfort. Also enjoyed the swimming pool. This is a typical coach package trip hotel. It's a bit tired looking but nothing to complain about, except for the early check out time."

"I have read a few reviews about the Grand Hotel being one of the worst hotels in Llandudno but it actually wasn't that bad at all, considering the price I've paid for. It is at an excellent spot within the area. Yes, the floors are a bit creaky, and the rooms are a bit out dated, but the main thing was to have a nice rest after exploring Llandudno, and we did. Would I recommend this hotel? Not to everyone because people have different standards, but to someone looking to save on a night's stay...

"As before, obviously an old building along with the problems that can sometimes bring. I positively loved this place, price was incredible and breakfast just thrown in to whatever deal you made for free....cannot beat that. Staff extremely friendly and approachable, simply no major issues at all for me....."

"Staff were very polite always respectful couldn't fault them. Although hotel was on a main road it was very quiet and easy walk to the towns restaurants and pubs. Llandudno pier was just across the road. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."

"Great hotel if you want to stay in a castle it is kept to a good standard considering it is a castle , the staff are more than helpful and are all wanting to please you , we had evening meal which was very good which we both enjoyed, we are on a gluten free diet and it was no problem at all for them, the breakfast the next day was also really good , the grounds are also very nice to walk around and explore, we both enjoyed staying here thanks to all the hard working staff we most likely will...
