We arrived at 4pm to find the place with no heat, and with two emails and one phone call didn't receive assistance until 10am the following morning. It’s brilliantly equipped with everything you need, the bedrooms are lovely, and the kitchen is the best we have ever seen for group cooking and dining. Top that off with stunning views and the bonus of a hot tub and you have simply one of the most exceptional properties we’ve ever stayed in. We’ll be back!"

"Our second year at Freshwind. A great house laid out really well for families with kids of all ages. Lots of space. Location is perfect. Rob was super helpful for everything we needed or asked for. "

"The property was as advertised and very well presented. It’s located in a quiet cul-de-sac a short walk from the town and beaches. It was great having the enclosed garden so we could let the dog out and know she wasn’t going anywhere. A new house is being built nearby but the work didn’t start until gone 9am in the morning so was not an issue. The landlord even left a birthday card for my wife which was a kind gesture, and allowed us extra time to exit the property after a night of birthday...

Fantastic Hotel in Caernarfon!!!

"This hotel is fantastic!! Built in 1522. It has three pubs and a great restaurant. It is located in the center of the old city. The staff at the hotel and people in Caernarfon were super friendly. We attended a wedding in Snowdonia, and this hotel was our base of operations for three days. We probably won't ever have an opportunity to return, but I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!! Try the Welch Pie at the restaurant!!"
