Extra touches like bottled water, plenty of tea, coffee and milk and even chocolates on the pillow. Breakfast was excellent and a great choice. "My friend and I stayed a night and it was perfect. The parking was very easy, and while I slept in, my friend thought that the breakfast that was included was great. The bathroom was clean and the room itself was very cozy and spacious. We ran into car troubles on the way over, and the person I spoke with on the phone was very understanding about us checking in after hours. Would highly recommend!"

"The honeymoon suite was big and comfortable. Very clean and staff werevery helpful. The hotel is right in the centre and opposite pubs so it was quite noisy in the street in the evening because of nuisance idiots playing up. Amazing breakfast and because of where it is its easy to walk to all the fun of Llandudno. I was not happy with stair fire doors being propped open so closed them when I passed."

"Myself, my hubby and two kids joined my parents and between us the two dogs for a long weekend away. The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The utility was great to dry off the dogs and kids. It was blowing a gale but it was so peaceful and quiet in the house you hardly noticed the weather!
