"Our visit to Mellington Hall Country House Hotel was fantastic. The property is amazing, the staff were really attentive and amazing also. The food was superb and the service throughout was exceptional. After the meal we sat in the lovely building which has quiet rooms or an open fire. We went just before Christmas and so the property was probably quieter than during the summer months, but we definitely would return to enjoy walking in the surrounding countryside. "One night stay. Comfy bed in slightly old fashioned hotel/inn. Shower a bit weak and lukewarm and breakfast not impressive but otherwise fine. "

Bathroom was very warm and great shower in minus temperatures.View from 1st floor front window was picturesque and the dining room and breakfast rooms spacious and comfortable. Excellent stay, we will return. Breakfast and dinner ample and good standard. Perfect 2 night vacation."
