Ensuite room was clean, warm and comfortable with plenty of storage space. Lovely breakfast freshly cooked each morning. A minute's walk to local town/pubs, etc. I would definitely recommend. "

"Stayed in Room 1 The Mellington suite which is a lovely room, fabulous views, feature four poster bed and a huge jacuzzi bath. Had both lunch and dinner and the Food and drink were very good. I can recommend the Porterhouse steak, absolutely delicious. All local produce and excellent wines from tanners of Shrewsbury. Cask ales and flagon cider were also very good. The staff and the locals are friendly and welcoming . Also met the owners who were also very welcoming and told us all about the history of the hall. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again."
