"The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, and so are the views of the Pyrenees from the rooms. But, the best part of my stay was interacting with the wonderful people who worked at the hotel. The women at the front desk were friendly, knowledgable and professional. And the 2 managers that I met were the same. They gave me recommendations on where to stop on my way back to Lisbon and also made the hotel reservation for me! The staff was quick to help and did it with a smile. It was an excellent 3 nights and I would not hesitate to return. "

"We really liked this hotel because of the friendly staff, lovely room with a balcony, and the fantastic breakfast. There is also a super cool second floor patio which is available to all of the guests. We were hiking all day and didn't feel like going out to a restaurant, so we picked up some groceries across the street at the little convenience store and enjoyed our snacks while laying in the anti-gravity chairs and looking up at the stars. We stayed there for two nights, so we went to the restaurant across the street on our second night, which I think is owned by the same people, and had a very classy three course meal, including wine, for 25 euros each. As well, they had a free electric charge station in their parking area. Really a great Hotel."

"We booked this hotel online because of its location to the national park, and because it got such good reviews. We were shocked when we arrived and saw the condition of the rooms! Positives: *very nice staff *excellent coffee bar *good breakfast Negatives *This place is tired! It needs a major renovation. They've clearly put more effort into maintaining the outside than the inside *Our room was not very clean. There was debris on the floor and dust on the furniture. *The shower leaked so much that there was a huge puddle on the floor after every shower and we had to use our ration of towel to mop it up. *The room decor was hokey with fake rock wallpaper and some weird paper on the wall above the bed meant to evoke... not sure what. We were happy to check out - although we did greatly enjoy our time in the national park and some nice dinners at other restaurants."

"chambre avec fenêtre sans vue (un mur sale, entouré d'autres murs), sans insonorisation (on entendait chaque pas, des rires, les chasses d'eau, les robinets... jusqu'à 1 heure du matin), non isolée (on voyait le jour autour de la porte), très chaud (la clim, qui fait aussi chauffage, ne fonctionnait pas et on dégoulinait de chaleur). Buffet du soir à 21 € par personne sans les boissons, très basse qualité, peu de choix, même ressenti au buffet du petit déjeuner (pas bon). Seul point positif : parking souterrain à 18 € disponible. On est loin du centre ville avec bars, restos, etc."
