The strategic location of the Villa allows convenient travel to both the wonderful Lecce, 5 minutes by car, both towards the Adriatic and Ionian coasts ... We are just steps from the center of Merine, and 5 minutes by car from Lecce.

A couple of miles to the entrance of the ring road that connects you to the road to the most beautiful beaches of the jonio.
The villa is five minutes far from the heart of Lecce and is ideally situated to reach the nicest beaches of Salento in just a few minutes’ drive.
