We were greeted by Eva at the front desk who was very polite and professional. When I raised concern about a 350 RMB charge for extra bed, she was kind enough to waive it without much discussion, which I appreciate! Doesn’t make a lot of sense for the hotel to charge customer extra when customer is already paying for a very expensive room, hope management can look into this."

"Great place to stay. Bed and room is clean and tidy. Conveniently located between 2 metro lines. Line 14 also directly connects you to Lujiazui and Yu Garden and direct buses to the aquarium. There is a family mart 1 min away from the hotel Breakfast had limited options though - more China style than western."
