"First time staying at Exeter Court. I can’t recommend this motel enough. The staff were all very friendly and professional. A lovely clean room very comfortable with lovely toiletries, hairdryer, ironing board and iron.Tea coffee making vacilities. Comfy bed. We ate at the restaurant, the food was first class. I would definitely recommend and come and stay again "

"Lovely position few steps to the beach. Lovely to be able to look out to sea and in the evening see the moon shine on the sea with a glass of wine 🍷. Dining room big with outstanding views Torquay to one side paignton and Brixham the other side. Staff friendly. Clean rooms . Love the pool and steam room. Plenty of parking"

"Large building hidden atop of hill at the end of a cul den sac with fantastic views looking at onto the ocean as you walk out of the reception. A quick walk up the steps outside the front of the hotel and you can see for miles out on the sea front. Hotel itself well looked not a 4 or 5 star but good if your on a budget the rooms are basic but clean. The bar restaurant area is probably the best most up-to-date modern part of the hotel. Well stocked bar and I didn't eat any of the set menu but...

"Not quite sure it meets 5 star standard. Room space is lovely, plush and beds super comfy. Bathroom quite basic but shampoo etc provided. Spa ok but could with refurb now as facilities dated. One if the steam rooms out of order. Large glass door smashed and awaiting repair. Loungers by pool were soggy and stank. Lifts up to the spa all out of order Breakfast was the highlight. Ok hotel but nothing special. "
