"It was a lovely property, front door & reception were friendly. We had an issue with the safe which was dealt with straight away. Everything was clean, including the floor but when you walk barefoot, you can tell it just needed a bit more of a clean. All the utilities were modern. Lights were all using electronic pads. No issues with noise. We utilised the bar & pantry when needed. It is literally 2 mins walk to St Peter Square & the trams. 15min walk from Manchester Picadilly station. Amazing food recommendations by the person at the front door. Only issue we had was the property taking our money again after we'd already paid at booking as they hadn't received the money from Hotels.com . They looked into & refunded the money."

"Lovely overnight stay ahead of an event at the close by Manchester central. Hotel room was very nice, comfy bed. Bathroom clean and toiletries provided. We did self check in but there were staff helping other guests. We had very noisy neighbours but still managed to sleep well. Would stay again"

"Fabulous hotel - very reasonably priced for a high quality feel. Staff were lovely and breakfast was available until 11am (because who wants to be early to bed in Manchester?). Highly recommend "
