"Our host was great. The condo was beautiful. Great views, very clean & comfortable. But the racquetball club/ HOA rules were ridiculous. No smoking/ vaping anywhere on the property. Not even outside. If you rent a golf cart, you cannot bring it on the property. You have to park it down the road and walk back to the condo. We ordered pizza to be delivered and had to meet the delivery driver at the gate because food delivery is not allowed on the property. I highly recommend our host but not this...

"We enjoyed our stay in this Beachwalk condo. Cliff was very helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach! If we are ever in Hilton Head again we would definitely consider staying here again "

Balcony view! New boardwalk to the beach from our building.

"This is not a new property but is in great condition. It is clean and well kept. It has a nice ocean view from the large balcony. The unit is spaceous, probably a bit more than was really need for the two of us but it was nice to have the extra space."

"Amazing unobstructed views of the beach and perfect beach access. We had our own spiral staircase to the beach from the deck. The condo is in need of lots of upgrades/repairs as many things are older and worn. However, it was clean and bug free."

"My family and I stayed in this spacious condo home while I performed in a recent Island event. The property was in immaculate condition, and offered many amenities. The elevator was so helpful, especially since a member of our group recently had heart bypass surgery, and had limited mobility.To watch him bask in the sun on the spacious lanai was priceless. Short 2 day getaway

"A very pleasant experience right close to the riverfront. Quick and easy check-in, quick and easy checkout. All staff were very friendly, courteous, helpful and polite. Really enjoyed the breakfasts and evening social hours with free wine, beer and hot snacks. Only downside, seemed like we were staying at a dog kennel, way too many dogs. Don't get me wrong, we like dogs, but there is a time and place, not in a nice hotel. Before you start with "service" dogs, these were not "service"dogs."
