Many rentals up here do not have A/C, but due to the unusually high humidity this weekend, we were definitely glad this one did. Simply loved everything about this rental. "The cabin was exceptionally clean when we arrived. There was snow on the ground during our visit, but the roads and walk were cleared and dry. The view is beautiful, and the owner responds promptly to any messages. The location is very convenient to Black Mountain town and to nearby Pisgah National Forest trails."

"This was such a nice house! My son, husband and I stayed here for 3 days. It was great! There were condiments and so much stuff for us to use, which was nice coming from out of state and not wanting to buy all the things that we would just use a little of. The place smelled so clean and fresh! They were great about communication every step of the booking and check in. We plan on coming back with my other family members next time. There was lots of extra room!"

"This was a great little house and not far from Asheville! Perfect price, close to a Dollar General for emergency needs, and Black Mountain’s Downtown is a great day trip! It was difficult to find because the road was washed out. so I wouldn’t trust your GPS to get there. "

"We had a great time on our quick trip to go tubing. The house was located close and was just as described. Lots of windows which was nice as we got some snow while there and it was pretty. Owner was great in communicating with us with any questions we had. "
