"Great family trip! Riverside was a cute and comfortable little inn. The staff was great and we loved our room. We had a balcony which had a great view of the river. So peaceful. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I’m heartbroken for this community. So sad this little gem is gone. When they get up and running again we will definitely be back. One of my favorite towns in NC. "

"I had an amazing stay at GPI. I visited the spa and made a day out of it. It was so worth it, and so relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was super clean. I loved that I could open the window! It made sleeping so much better! I didn’t leave the resort the entire weekend. Everything I needed was right there. I’d definitely recommend to anybody! "

"It is an older motel but well kept. We've stayed there before. They have one of the better breakfasts of the motels we have stayed at. It's clean, well stocked, close to a couple eating establishments. The only downside this trip was the TV not working when we woke up in the morning. It wasn't working any where in the motel. They were working on it. No problems here."

"Really great hotel. We were there for SoCon tournament and it was a great location. I took my daughter to bed around 7 on Saturday night and it was extremely loud, even with her sound machine on until around midnight. It might've been a wedding or perhaps the basement bar that I was hearing. Overall would stay there again but perhaps not on a weekend with kids. "
