"This loft is better than advertised. So comfy and decorated to the nines! The Artist Loft is centrally located in downtown Black Mountain. You walk right out of the front door and you are in middle of coffee/martini bars, restaurants and eclectic shops. The beds are super cozy and the little coffee table by the window is a great spot to watch sunrises and people watch. "

I left before the sun was up and returned after it went down so I can't give much info on the area. The cabin was just what I needed, a place to sleep and shower and I love the dog! "

"We had a wonderful stay in downtown Black Mountain in this spacious one-bedroom. Very clean and minimalist design. As others have said, you can do and see a lot without the use of your car. It does get loud at nite but we did have our windows open because of the warm weather."

"I was in town for a short Four night visit. This property was in the perfect location right downtown so I could walk to all the shops restaurants and nightlife I wanted to go to. It is so spacious, bright, airy, and clean. The original artwork sprinkled around the apartment was magnificent. I’m saddened that it is being taken off for a long-term rental. If it were not for that, I would stay here every time I came to Black Mountain.! "
