"Didn’t realise it was a B&B when I booked it. Was happy with the stay regardless. It had what we needed and it was clean and tidy. Management was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the shower head really lacked pressure."

"Only thing against was that the reading lights beside the bed were not bright enough to read by. It is a long way from the centre of Bath on foot and that should be pointed out to guests who can catch a bus or find a taxi. ("near the M4 roundabout " would be useful directions)."

"What a brilliant stay at the Frocester. The staff were very helpful, the beer garden ideal on the warm and sunny day that we had, the restaurant was lovely with a great menu and food coked brilliantly. The only minor thing was that the mattress in Room 5 was a little tired, soft and bouncy. Apart from this it was a lovely stay and we would love to return. Thank you!"

"I stayed in room #4 - on the top floor. It's quite quirky, but very charming. Everything was clean and tidy and excellent facilities. Be warned that it is a very old building with a slanted roof and slanting floors, but this is part of the appeal. The breakfast supplied in the room was excellent; high quality and lots of choice. "The Bath House is the perfect location for Bath City Centre. The room was nicely decorated and the cleanliness was at a high standard. A freshly cooked tasty breakfast was provided in the morning with lots of options, including vegetarian. The owners were pleasant and helpful. An additional bonus was that they also have parking. "

"Ideal stay when attending a function at Grittleton house as only a few mins walk. Room was clean however was very cold (we did stay in December). Breakfast was good but no veggie option for my wife and I did not like the cats walking around the dining room and at times sat on my lap and walked across the table."

"Great location, amazing to be staying on great pulteney street. Staff were all lovely, and breakfast was good. Only factor to note is it was quite cold in our room in the afternoon and morning, the heating didn't seem to be on, and there was no way of increasing how warm our room was. That being said, if you're planning to be out all day this wouldn't be an issue. "

"This place was fantastic. Highly recommended. We count ourselves lucky we got in because of a cancellation. Adrian was far and away the best host I have had anywhere I have ever stayed.
