"Overall the house has potential. The flaws were to hard to over look. The previous tenants before us did not leave at the right check out time. They trashed the place which lead us to not be able to get in until 6. Once inside we found dirty countertops and floors. Also roaches were seen at various times. The previous tenant also returned twice during our stay. I could not get ahold of anyone other than guest services which was no help. Vrbo really needs to remove this listing until it is back...

Kitchen amenities are thoughtfully planned, everything we needed was there. Beach is a short distance away. Can’t wait to go back again. I highly recommend!"

"Condo located in quiet friendly neighborhood and is 11 miles from the beach. It is comfortable and clean and the screened-in porch and outside patio with gas grill are a bonus. "

The house & yard we’re exceptionally clean & the a/c was already set at the perfect, welcoming temp when we arrived. It was a hassle-free stay and the location was easy access to everything in the Myrtle Beach area. Added bonus: we felt very safe here. "
