"Everything was good. The lady at the desk was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good.The only thing is the walls are very thin. You could hear talking from the other rooms and everything going on in the hallway. They were running the vacuum cleaner at 8 o’clock in the morning in the hallways. Also, the little shampoo and conditioner was impossible to use. I couldn’t even squeeze the bottles."

"I've been here a number of times, but this was by far the best. The service is great, the facilities are well kept. The weather was not the best so we didn't get to use the boats or relax on the beach. The pool, hot tub and gym are nice and open year around. The food would be a 3-3.5 out of 5. The adult drinks in the casino were 4.7 out of 5."

"The driveway is extremely dangerous and I messed up my rental van really bad trying to turn around in the driveway. The cabin is really nice and in a great location. I grew up in Warfordsburg, but live in Florida. I went to visit my mom and needed a break from the city. This was perfect. There is a cardinal nest right in front of the porch and I watched them and the sunrise/sunset from the porch. It was perfect."

"The staff/owner were wonderful. The property seems under renovation and/or newly purchased with some repairs still needing to be made. Rates reflect, in my opinion, a good price even so. Beds were very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The owner was willing to be present to me at midnight on a late arrival with very little notice. Several restaurants within a mile. Charming area."
