"When we tried checking in, there was no one at the front desk. A worker told us the woman was somewhere, but would be back in a few minutes. We waited almost 30 minutes and still no one came. Finally, a delivery man came and the construction worker finally got the woman to come to the front desk. The sink in our bathroom leaked water on the floor. "We booked this property with the event of the polar express planned on Saturday. We checked in Friday night and the house was wonderful. I really enjoyed the journal that was left to write notes about guests stay. I thought there would be a lot more to do in town but we couldn’t find much of anything of interest at the time, so we ended up leaving early Saturday evening."

"Wonderful host! Beautiful campsite! Clean Port-a-potty, with 2-ply toilet tissue! Awning over a picnic table for a nice dinner, there's a grill, fire ring, wood supplied and chairs. We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed!"
