"Everything was excellent, property was beautiful. Staff was friendly. only problem was lady at guest relation desk(Sabrine Frazier} i ask her that I needed help in checkin on my flight and she said do it on your phone, she couldn't help me. I told her I couldnt do it on my phone having problem with WI-Fi, I went to rep at checkin desk and she got me on internet so I could do it with no problem. Did not like rep at Guess Relations she had bad attitude and she is there to help guests. But other wise everyone was extra nice. Enjoyed nightly shows. Enjoyed food, "

"It is a beautiful resort! All the staff are very friendly and accommodating! We're going back there next year for a longer period of time. I wish they would have shirts made up with their resort on it. We absolutely recommend this place to everyone! They also have the best beach in Jamaica "
