"Beautiful location across from the old harbour. Great for walks in lovely scenery, cycling and beach. Decent restaurant for dinner. A busy Saturday night and a little understaffed. Breakfast was very disorganized despite having to preorder the night before for a set time. Everyone waited for coffee and food (help yourself buffet) also ran out several times. Seems could be easily fixed with some management and planning. Room was very outdated, but comfortable and clean."

"The location is wonderful, but that’s all the property has going for it. I have never stayed in such a dirty house. I had to clean the downstairs windows, so we could see the view. "Had a lovely stay in Shiskine! The only thing I worried about was the proximity to the road but so few cars drove by, especially at night, that it is no problem at all. Peaceful and quiet. The tiny house/pod is just as promised in the pictures. I had a fantastic time exploring the surroundings of the lighthouse and of course all the beaches nearby. The beach below the property was basically a private one (in October), as I only saw a couple of other people once."
