"My sister and I stayed for almost a month in this lovely place. We were in Maine on some extended family business. The extended business meant we extended our stay a couple of times. Jeff was always accommodating and very responsive. The cottage was just the perfect “home away from home” for us. It is comfortably furnished. We had everything we needed. Very cozy and relaxing. Thanks Jeff for being there for us. And Mike too!"

"If you are considering this cabin, do not hesitate to book it. It is absolutely beautiful, perfect spot on the lake and still close to many local venues. We enjoyed a beautiful fall weekend and cannot wait to go back. Denise was the most gracious host and made us feel at home. We were able to fish off the dock which is just steps from the front porch. Beautiful sunsets and listening for the loons was a favorite. Wish we could give more than 5 stars! "

"I wish I could give 5 stars, but I can’t. We arrived on a Tuesday afternoon, at 4:30. We unlocked the door and entered into a powerful smell. Campfire. Black soot up the front of the fireplace and the smell was awful. And of coarse, we are super sensitive to the smell. Looking around, I found the couch to be filthy, every screen had nasty cobwebs, dirt on the floor, bedding filthy, mold on the shower floor, Bathroom faucet was disgusting and obviously not cleaned . I was profoundly disappointed,...

"We had a lovely weekend stay at this cozy cabin. Super clean, all the amenities needed for our small family, 2 adults + 3 year old. Convenient location, we would book here again when we are back in the area. "

"Our stay for my Birthday weekend was very nice. The cottage was very clean and the well stocked kitchen made cooking easy. Our bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept on at a cottage. The location was perfect for taking wonderful hikes every day. Anne met us at the cottage after our long trip and was wonderful to show us around the cottage and its amenities. Would highly recommend this Cottage as the best we have ever stayed at. "

"This is a small backyard apartment a block away from downtown Wiscasset. The house met our needs. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was small but with enough equipment to prepare simple meals. The house was in walking distance of shops and restaurants in Wiscasset. There was a grill and patio for those who wanted to cook outside. The was a washer and dryer available. "

"Accurate listing, great location (easy drive to Augusta for dinner), really peaceful and quiet. GPS had a minor problem right at the end trying to send us through a neighbor's trailer, but we figured it out (the external pictures helped). Loved our stay there, even though it was just overnight on the way to somewhere else. Next time, we'll stay for a week."
