"Les photos montrent l'appartement avec vue sur la piscine alors que ce n'est pas le cas. La chambre est petite car il y a un lit en 160. Le matelas n'est pas top (trop dur), celui du canapé est mieux. Le balcon est bien mais il y a trop de proximité avec les autres balcons sur la droite. Il faudrait changer les poêles qui accrochent. Sinon, c'est pas loin de la mer à pied et le coin est agréable."

"Perfect size for a family of 3 or 4. Right next to the beach, apartment had everything we needed. Host Sarah was lovely to deal with, also quick to respond especially when we booked last minute. Lots of places to eat in the Mimizan, but the views from the apartment balcony made us cook most of our meals in the apartment. Plenty of space on the beach for social distancing and there are life guards. The apartment made our long drive from the UK worth it, would definitely recommend and book again."

"Well configured apartment with lovely view out over the lagoon from the balcony. Great location: 10 min walk to Spar and beaches; 20-30 min walk to other side of Lagoon for board/boat hire. We managed without a car. More spacious then photos suggest - good communal space and plenty of kitchen space for food prep for the family. Nathalie excellent host and all queries answered promptly. Hope to visit again soon!"

"Appartement très bien situé avec vue sur le lac marin et très proche des commerces. L'atout majeur de cet appartement est sa grande terrasse !! La cuisine est également très bien équipée. La salle d'eau a été refaite à neuf et est très jolie. La chambre n'est pas très grande mais c'est largement suffisant pour les vacances . Merci au propriétaire Benoît pour sa gentillesse.
