"This place is so beautiful and in remarkable shape given that it is hundreds of years old. The owners are just lovely and you won’t get over breakfast. If you are looking for modern and charmless, this place is not for you! Please note that they do not have an elevator so if you have bad knees please note. "Our five night stay in this beautiful chateau was a delight. It is set in lovely countryside and is very quiet and peaceful. It is an excellent base for exploring northern Normandy. "We spend 3 nights at the Chateau and could not be happier. Its location is very convenient, between Utah and Omaha beaches, so it is an accessible and strategic base to visit Normandy. Within a few minutes, in Carentan-les-marais, the D-Day experience, restaurants and other small business make it a good option. But the best part is the chateau itself and its hosts, Cathy and Jacky. They put a great effort in making you feel comfortable and are very nice people, in order that you feel at home....
