"Everything from our check in to check out and airport transportation was literally the SMOOTHEST and most hospitality driven that I have ever experienced as a seasoned traveler! Would highly recommend this place to any of my friends or travelers for conventions or just to take in the downtown Chicago sights. All of the staff was extremely kind and pleasant from the front desk staff, housekeeping and shuttle staff! 10/10 and 5 stars all around! Thank you again for such an amazing stay! "
