Excellent boutique hotel in Lisbon

Great Lisbon Location
The staff at the hotel were very personal and helpful. And the location is ideal for people who enjoy being able to walk to key sites and restaurants. We enjoyed our time at the hotel and would stay here again.

Both the property and staff are wonderful. It has lots of old world charm but with the advantage that all the modern amenities (e.g. WIFI, plumbing etc) work perfectly. The fresh morning breakfast is outstanding, especially when compared to the usual stuff in US hotels. The location in the Chiado is wonderful. Endless dining and shopping options. Extremely close to metro options. Just a wonderful spot to base your Lisbon visit.

This is an outstanding little boutique hotel in the heart of the old town of Lisbon. We highly recommend the property. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, the property is well-maintained and the staff are lovely. Breakfast is a treat in their beautiful breakfast room. The location is excellent and surrounded by shops and restaurants.

The breakfast and staff were incredible! The rooms were spacious and provided an antique elegance combined with modern romantic touches that made you feel right at home. The staff stayed open for a late check-in for us at 12 AM and still carried our bags upstairs where we were greeted with the local delicacy Pasteis de Nata. AMAZING!

From booking to check in to departure, we enjoyed this hotel stay and the outstanding communication from sharp and professional Dear Lisbon staff. We received recommendations about historic sites, transportation, restaurants and transfers to/from the airport, all which were perfect for us. The room was large with nice washroom amenities. My husband and I had a really comfortable stay at the hotel where we had awesome breakfasts every morning with fresh squeeze orange juices. The staffs were extremely welcoming and accommodating to our needs. It is in a perfect location near the center of everything.

An excellent stay and we liked the hotel very much. Unfortunately, we had an interior room with no particular view, but it was quiet and that was important too. The downside of this hotel is that it has no bar or restaurant and for older people there is no elevator.

It is a delightful small property in a charming old building centrally located on a quiet plaza. Large rooms with double glazed windows. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Highly recommend Bordalo House!
