"We loved everything about this property. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. They allowed us to store our bags while we waited for our check-in time which was very convenient. The property is in an amazing neighborhood that has restaurants and shopping less than a 30 second walk. Our private room/with private washroom was located just off of a private street, so we did not have any issues with noise. Highly recommend!! "

"This was in an excellent and safe location for getting anywhere in the city, and Manuel shared all the necessary stops in town. The bus for the airport and the metro for Old Town were steps away from the front door. The rooms were spacious, clean, and relaxing. The breakfast and host Anna were exceptional. And it was no problem sharing access to the bathroom with the other rooms. We highly recommend Republica and would love to visit again! "

Well located for getting here and there around the city and beyond, whether by foot, tram, or train, it's a lovely place to stay, with helpful staff, good breakfasts, and well-appointed rooms (several with nice views). The room is fine, othen than the fact the there is no private bathroom - 3 rooms share one in each of the two floors. The bathroom is in disrepair and the walls had water leak marks.
