"We stayed for four nights at this property. For the amount we paid I was very disappointed to find no paper towels and/or napkins in the unit. There was a coffee maker but with no filters! When asked the concierge marghe she said we would need to buy them. Really! Track down the mountain to find coffee filters! No soap or shampoo in the bathroom for us to use. I also have to say that Marghe was nice but very short sometimes when responding. My husband and I were charged for an extra bed...
