"We had a fabulous week, we were met by the lovely Florence when we arrived who showed us around and explained the property. The photographs online do not really do it justice and it exceeded our expectations.The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and all bathrooms had a hairdryer. The separate laundry room with an additional refrigerator was a bonus. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows if needed. The beautiful garden was huge and well maintained with stunning views over the valley....

"The property is just beautiful, in such a quiet area with we loved but only 5 mins from the local amenities. Has all the facilities we could have wanted and needed, even down to family games for the wetter days. Kids loved the pool and play area too! The stay was perfect for us all! "

"Le Soutenac is a generous and comfortable place to enjoy rural French life. The description of the house was very accurate and there were no hidden surprises! The kitchen is large and well-equipped, there are many places to sit, eat, drink or relax. The boulangerie was shut for the first half of our stay but Neuvic is an easy cycle away (I guess even Mme Boulanger needs a holiday!)"

"The rural setting was perfect - so peaceful - just what we needed. A soaring buzzard and a few tiny lizards in the garden were the only regular visitors 😂!! We loved the house and it was very well equipped, especially in the kitchen with lots of thoughtful touches. The pool is fabulous - a really good size. As it’s not heated, it maybe a tad brisk on cooler days but great as the weather heats up. There were all sorts of games available- including a table tennis table, badminton and a football...

"We loved this property. Probably one of the best we’ve stayed at. Supermarkets were a 15 min drive, as was the nearest (open!) boulangerie in Castillionnes. The house had everything we needed. Beautifully clean and comfortable. Fans in the main house bedrooms for warm nights and my parents had A/C in the pigeonnair. The pool was fabulous, much needed in the summer sun. A few lovely walks around and about too. Lovely outdoor eating area and lovely furniture and umbrellas. Plenty of outdoor...
