"Took us forever to find the hotel. The address was taking us to a different location nearby. There’s no signs or names written out anywhere to be able to see anything. Shower head was broken, bathroom was just dirty in general. Air conditioner did not have the right remote. If it wasn’t for my husband powering it on from the system itself, we wouldn’t have any ac all night."

"You need to share bathroom and kitchen etc with others who are staying so you dont get the whole apartment. We had very noisy neighbour. No respect to others who are staying there so would not recommend. "

"The apartment is nice and big , with 2 balconies and sea view , but the ventilation in bathroom doesn’t work "

"Once found, the location is pretty good. And that took a fair amount of help from a patron of a nearby taverna. Overall, I found myself in a relatively steep learning curve trying to keep myself oriented. Sadly, dealing with management was almost impossible. No on-site contact, and only some phone numbers that leaves one on hold. All that said, Larnaka is a great place"

"Lovely location, short walk to the strip 10 mins. Apartment was great with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice pool, good size and lovely views out to sea. Customer service was great as the electricity card would not work on arrival late at night, very prompt came straight away and resolved the problem. Would stay again happily."

"Do NOT stay at any “comfort rooms”; the inconvenience is not worth it. You do NOT get an “entire apartment” to yourself. Each apartment has multiple rental rooms, shared kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. Problems: (1) room I rented was occupied upon arrival; (2) multiple excuses given as to why I could not move into it; (3) WiFi stopped working, not fixed after 6 days; (4) had to move to Arch. "It is the worst, dirtiest property i’ve ever been in my whole entire life. The room floor is filthy and the kitchen if also filthy. We had to put our towels on the bed for us to sleep on and were not able to sleep because of the noise( the property is on the main road) and because of the dirtiness. We checked in at 9:00 PM and checked out at 1:00 AM of the same day. Add to this It was not clear that the property is a house with one toilet and 4 rooms. We had so much trouble to open the house...

"Apartment was fantastic. Clean, tidy, had everything you need. I arrived very late and had received a text and email from the owners with clear and specific instructions on how to get the keys and how everything in the apartment worked. Everything was smooth, everything inside the apartment worked (Big fridge freezer, Aircon, hot water). One thing I'd recommend to the owners, replace the bath towels with new ones, the ones in my apartment are a little tired. Not dirty or anything, just seen...

The information on the website site was very misleading it never stated that it was a community apartment where you shared with other people.
