"After checking in 15-20 minutes early, we realized the cleaning lady had not come yet to change linens or get the house ready. I promptly reached out to the house manager and it was remedied in a very prompt manner. By the time my husband and I returned from dinner with my son, who we had come to see, the house sparkled and smelled wonderful!!! I could not have been more pleased with the house or the communication. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is close proximity of wake forest law...

"Our family had a great week at the lake! This house is beautiful and well stocked and clean. It is a great location on the lake too. The only bummer was that the room over the garage didn't have air condition and we had counted on that for sleeping space. I don't remember reading that when we booked but totally could've been my oversight. To put in boats/jet skis, you will want to use tamarac marina. Thanks for a great week!"

"The staff and management were extremely helpful and accommodating especially the two lovely front desk ladies.They went above and beyond what I have seen even the Hilton chain do, in all my experience traveling. The facility was neat and tidy. The rooms were spacious and clean. There was a relatively large free breakfast as well, which remained well stocked. I will absolutely be booking here again! "
